Many of us were miseducated, misinformed, or misled in matters of finance, credit, and wealth creation. Good credit and wealth are like health and wellness. It's hard to have one without the other.  Sure, one can have good credit and be broke. Or have money and still have bad credit. But true financial wealth does not exist without leveraging debt (i.e. credit), and vice versa. 

Wealthy people know this. The poor and middle class typically don't, and we are NOT taught this in "school". The wealthy understand that by leveraging debt ,i.e. using other people's money (OPM) they mitigate risk for themselves and create new money by using debt to buy or invest in things that generate positive cash flow or pay returns. 

If you don't have credit or have bad credit, you already know you pay more for your mortgage, your car payment, your insurance premiums, and more... But did you know that wealthy investors almost NEVER use their own money? Once you take the first step, we'll dive deeper into investment vehicles and creating positive cash flow. But for now, first things first...good credit=access! Let's start there.
